Charley Nussey first visited the school on a teaching project through Travel Aid in 2006. Since then she worked at Highgate School in North London as a full time teacher, where she helped to set up a partnership between Highgate and Noonkodin.
She returned to Noonkodin in 2010 and did research into the transformative potential of the curriculum for promoting gender equality.
Charley now works on a variety of gender and equality projects, and is completing her Masters in Education and International Development.
She is the Trustee responsible for assisting anyone who wishes to volunteer at Noonkodin.
